We are continually adding to both our production methods and our inspection capabilities
and processes to ensure accuracy of all parts manufactures at our facility.
Using our Cyber Grinding Capabilities, we can assist you with your design problems.
This enables us to produce a computer generated model of your fluted tools before production
is started, which allows you, the customer, the ability to make any engineering changes you might
feel necessary prior to manufacturing begins. With our 4 and 5 axis flute grinders, we are
capable of grinding virtually any flute configuration needed. Once the flutes are ground, all
flute geometry is checked with a Mitutoyo CV-3000 Contour Tracer to ensure accuracy of the ground part.
Prior to production you will be provided with a first article sample for your review and approval. (If required)

- Inspection Report
- Certification of Conformance (If required)
- Electropolish/Passivation Certification
- Coating Certification (If required)
